PHA International is looking for Customer Service Officer (up to P20k) - 3 Positions
(Across Philippines)
Job Description:
You will connect with potential customers to build relationship and to find out their needs. Based on what they want, you'll then recommend the most suitable product or services available.
A large part of your career is in educating customers about our products through the phone and via email. You'll also have to maintain relationship with existing customers, working towards repeat orders & referrals. After each sale is complete, you'll also be involved in the after-sales service.
Some admin is necessary to complete each sales order, thus you'll also need to be a meticulous person.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
1) Excellent written and spoken English (you'll be tested on this)
2) A college degree in any discipline
3) Prior experience in call center or customer service position is an advantage
4) Have a sharp memory and can learn things quickly
5) Able to work on the computer skillfully
Working Hours:
1) Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm
