It also provides Human Resource Management and services to each company and supply the marketing needs of all companies through cross marketing selling and looking for fresh resources and op
portunities thereby leaving the each business units to focus on its operations.
The Accounting Staff is responsible for ensuring the Cost budgeting and Procurement of activities are timely, complete, and cost effective. The role keeps financial record, process expenditures, and all other financial transactions necessary for the business unit. The accounting Staff must have an interaction between the Operations Section and outside suppliers to coordinate the timely supply of items necessary for goals achievements of the business unit.
