Responsibilities

The sales trainee will be based in our Pampanga, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro or Davao sales office. He is expected to assist the branch manager and personnel for sales, collection and operational matters. He is also expected to periodically join sales agents on overnight route sales.

Career Path:

The career path of the sales trainee is to move up to be a sales agent and depending on his performance and outlook, may go on to take a managerial position in the company.

Requirements:
• Male
• Inclination towards sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel, independent, can work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate
• Can operate a motor vehicle
