Responsibilities:
Conduct and monitor training programs in the assigned branch; evaluates and executes follow through measures for training programs conducted; handles administrative tasks and program coordination for other training related activities.
Qualifications:
- male/female; not over 32 years old
- graduate of Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any 4-year Business course
- with 2 years related work experience
- familiar with training needs analysis, designing, implementing and evaluating training programs related to behavior and skill modification of employees
- with excellent written and oral communication
- with high level of computer literacy
