JOB DESCRIPTION

I. STRATEGIC PLANNING FUNCTIONS

a) Participate with the Board of Trustees in revisiting the vision and plan which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of PhilExport XI (Strategic Planning to be done every October, Strategic Review every quarter)

II. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

a) Assist in assessment of member needs and resources
b) Supervise the implementation of programs and services that are consistent with PhilExport XI’s mission and Strategic Plan and that meet the needs of members.
c) Review and evaluate ongoing programs

III. BUDGET AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

a) Recommend and secure approval from the Board the fundraising and financial strategies of PhilExport XI, incorporated in the annual budget with details on the uses and sources of funds (Done every November, after October Strategic Planning.)
b) Oversee the management and ensure optimal utilization of all funds.
c) Ensure the Board with comprehensive, monthly reports on the revenues and expenditure of PhilExport XI. Secure funding worth Php1M through donors and grants before November of each year.

Senior Membership Relations Executive


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Membership Relations Executive is in charge primarily of all actions pertaining to Membership, including, but not limited to:

a) Filing and processing of Membership Applications one day after application.
b) Maintaining and updating *Exporters’ Profile Database with the Accreditation Administrator bi-annually (June 1 and December 1) and as new information is retrieved.
c) Developing seminars and trainings tailor-fit for the general membership as well as for specific industries with the Accreditation Administrator.
d) Communicating with members regarding activities and seminars.
e) Writing and presenting various reports pertaining to the general membership of the chapter within three days as the issues arise.
f) Coordinating with Administrative Officer regarding Membership collection and remittance.
g) Presenting Membership Applicants for the approval of the Membership Committee within seven days upon application.
h) Organizing orientation for new members, twice every month (15th and 30th day of the month).
i) Coordinating closely with the Membership Committee of the Board of Trustees.
j) Working closely with Accreditation Administrator in verifying client and member information, including the processing of various accreditation applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum Educational Attainment: College graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Communication and other Business related courses
2. Articulate, with above-average written and oral communication skills
3. Highly effective interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
5. Basic computer and technological skills, particularly in MS Office Applications
