The position is responsible for the sampling, bookings and collection of Christmas Hams from HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) and other accounts. Chosen candidate will also be responsible in managing the Christmas Hams sales operation towards the achievement of sales plans and objectives.

 

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's of any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in selling or handling consumer goods;
• Applicants must be willing to work for 5 months
• Willing to work in Davao

Purpose of the Position:

• Assisting and coordinating with the Sales Team in the proper planning, organizing, and executing of marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand within the approved negotiated budget.
• Assisting the Sales Team - Modern Trade and General, and/or distributors with the agreed marketing strategy including product placements, marketing materials, and brand awareness.
• Ensures Trade Marketing Resources/ Collaterals are properly implemented and secured in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 – year business-related course or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills both in oral and written.
• Able to negotiate, organize and delegate and can work under pressure
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays (90-95% filed work)
• Enjoys working with other people.

Purpose of the position:

• To oversee the daily operation efficiencies of assigned warehouse/warehouses such as put-away, picking, packing, pick list turnaround time, dispatching, etc.
• To oversee timely loading and unloading procedures.
• To monitor on-time arrival of trucks and coordinate with respective section handling trucks when the need arises.
• To communicate effectively with immediate supervisor/ concerned teams should there be any issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Industrial Engineering.
• With good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be great at problem-solving and analytical skills
• With good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

• Planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the day to day operations of Warehouse pertaining to receipt, handling, storage and dispatching of Finished Goods products
• Creating and implementing procedures, performance measurements, and productivity 
• Ensuring that warehousing operations are conducted with complete accuracy and most cost-effective manner

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate
• Must have at least 2 years of Supervisory experience (Warehouse and Personnel Supervision)
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Material & Warehouse Management, Purchasing and Inventory
• Must be willing to work overtime and during the holidays
