The TriStar Group of Banana Companies   is the banana production and exporting arm of the JVA Group based in Davao.  While the group's major interest is in the commercial production of bananas for export, it also has support service companies in the fields of transport and logistics, management and information technology (IT),  export marketing and shipping services and agricultural research and laboratory services.

TriStar's plantations are located in the different parts of the Davao Region such as:  Calinan, Toril, Tagum and Compostela Valley.  The TriSTar Group is also a member of the Pilipino Banana Growers and Exporters Association  (PBGEA).

I.S.O. Staff 

• College graduate, major in economics, engineering, sciences, business or the arts. 
• Preferably Male,21-28 years old. 
• With average skill in operating Windows-based-program.
• Possesses basic skills in gathering. 
• Well-disciplined, hard working (can work overtime and under pressure) , honest, organized, result-oriented and trainable. 
• Can work well with other people.
• Can work well with other people. 
• Preferably knows how drive and with license. 
• Proficient in oral/written English and can speak Visayan. 
• Experience/knowledge in banana operations and management system will be an advantage

Certified Public Accountant

• Proficient in computer operations e.g. MS Office applications as well as Accounting programs/software applications.
• Male or Female, 21-35 years old. 
• Proficient in both oral and written communication. 
• With good interpersonal skills. 
• Supervisory skills and experience an advantage. 
• Fresh Graduates and welcome to apply

Cash Management Staff 

• Graduate of any Business course with sufficient knowledge in Accounting. 
• Male or Female,21-30 years old. 
• Computer literate.
• With good interpersonal relations. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Accounts Payable Clerk 

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, management Accounting or any business course. 
• Male or female,24-35 years old. 
• Computer literate- sufficient knowledge on excel preferred. 
• With good interpersonal relations
