Customer Management Officers 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as SMART Wireless Center front liner
  • Responsible for relevant customer complaints, queries and requests
  • Handles problems and resolution of complaints
  • Forecasting and liquidation of stocks
  • Records all customer transactions
  • Processes end-to-end handling of subscribers’ requests
  • Reports competitor-related activities to territory sales manager
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College 


Job Qualifications:


  • Degree in any business course
  • With above average scholastic records
  • Highly personable with good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work during mall hours, weekends, and/or in shifting schedules
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the Smart Wireless Centers located at SM Davao, PLDT Ponciano, NCC Mall Tagum,
