Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and growing the assigned territory for ALCATEL in the Philippines
• Should achieve product sales objectives, display and merchandising, and collection objectives in the assigned accounts and territory
• Leadership and coaching in the implementation of marketing programs and objectives in the territory
• Conducts inventory management planning, display and merchandising execution, frontliner training for the covered stores.  
• Build strong customer relationships to facilitate business development
• Creative conceptualization and implementation of marketing programs to grow the ALCATEL business in the territory

Requirements:

1. Has a strong desire to win in the market having a result oriented attitude 
2. Capable of establishing excellent rapport and actively negotiate with customers.
3. Aggressive individuals who can adapt to a challenging environment
4. Possess leadership skills in setting targets, measuring and coaching a team to improve overall team performance.
5. Capable of making business reports and presentation in Excel, Word and Powerpoint Presentation
6. Able to travel 6 days a week
7. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
8. Required skill(s): leaddership, communication skill, management, sales, Sales Administration.
9. Required language(s): English, Filipino
10. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
11. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
12. Full-Time position(s) available.
