Davao Hiring: Assistant Human Resource & Admin. Manager

Responsibilities:

The position is primarily responsible for setting the correct Recruitment Strategy, implementing recruitment process and meeting the basic rules, defining recruitment channels, responsibilities of requesting managers, costs associated with hiring new employees and recruitment KPIs.

Concurrently, he/she will assist the Manager in the effective and efficient implementation of people management and management programs for the organization. The position is mandated to create and sustain a healthy work culture and environment that will support productive performance of the employees. It is equally responsible to work in partnership with top management and department heads in coming up with people development and management strategies supportive of the VMOS of the company. The position calls for providing active leadership involvement in ensuring that programs in the department are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies, and within the bounds of the VMOS, and identifying the critical requirements needed by the department to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs.

Key Job results include timely recruitment, selection and placement of people requirement, strategically aligned people development and management programs, and responsive delivery of administrative support services to all departments and adherence to department budgets and development of staff competencies.

Qualifications:


  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably BS Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources Management or allied courses.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • At least (1-2) years of well-rounded experience on a HR and Admin capacity is required for the position.
