Plan, lead, supervise, execute, coordinate and monitor Sales and Distribution plans & programs of his territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters with the objective of achieving targets. establish goodwill with customers and with the community.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- With field sales management experience with at least 2 years exposure in traditional trade/distribution/account management.
- Preferably with experience in handling people. Must be a good team player.
- Understands market dynamics for consumer goods.
- Understands key financial indicators.
- Must have analytical skills and business planning acumen.
- With good people management & interpersonal skills.
- Knows how to drive.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
