The company is looking for Area Sales Managers



Responsibilities:


  1. Manages regional distributors and regional key accounts’ business performance: ensure top line growth, achievement of sales targets, AR collection efficiency, implementation of merchandising standards and market hygiene.
  2. Develops sales plans and forecast and drives the regional distributors to achieve set goals
  3. Acts as main representative of the company to trade partners and customers in area of responsibility


Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business field
  • Minimum of at least 3 year(s) of working experience in distributor management or key accounts or any related sales position in FMCG companies.
  • With good grasp of distributor management, customer engagement, effective leadership skills
  • Must be a fast learner, able to multi-task and can work under pressure
  • Must be results-oriented, passionate and most of all, a person of integrity
  • Positions available for areas of North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, GMA, Central/ East Visayas, West Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • 8 Full-time positions available.
