Microsoft Development Program is the geo-expansion plan of Microsoft Philippines. We are an organic arm of WordText Systems Inc. Our role is to make create a need and expand the market of Volume Licenses-Open License program.

What we do:


  • Touch Base with End-Users for consultative selling.
  • Have the discounting powers of the distributor
  • Front line in training and development of partners
  • Provide the resources needed for End-Users and Resellers in knowledge driven endeavors


The company is in need of Davao Area Manager




Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for partner identification, recruitment, development and management of Microsoft partners focused on selling solutions.
  2. Ensure an appropriate mix of Microsoft solutions & licensing partners are in their designated geography.
  3. Work with their set of partners on business planning and business development activities. AM will be the main person that will help develop sales and technical competencies and execute on joint demand generation activities and overall account management.
  4. Manage the Microsoft partner opportunity pipeline, broker partners into opportunities, leverage marketing, field and telesales to facilitate engagement to shorten sales cycle on key opportunities.
  5. Evangelize partners' capabilities by articulating partner value propositions and creating proactive engagements to develop net new opportunities.
  6. Provide support for joint customer-facing sales activities, business and marketing planning and execution.
  7. Touch Base with End-user in the areas to help give knowledge in Volume Licensing
  8. Help Partners in Joint customer Visit to create a sense of presence and urgency.


Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, ECE, ComEng, IT, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
