Job Description:
- Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches including phone, web, and direct mail.
- Aggressively sell and offer Constantin & Trauffer Enterprises Corporation Projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and maintain long term client relationships.
- Implement strategies set forth by Constantin & Trauffer Enterprises Corporation’s Marketing and Admin Head.
- Schedule and conduct site tours.
- Gather relevant market data to help prepare market surveys and/or marketing material with the Marketing and Admin Head.
- Network and collaborate with other Constantin & Trauffer Enterprises Corporation brokers and co-brokers to promote exclusively-represented properties.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female 22 years old and above.
- PRC Real Estate Broker License required.
- At least a College Graduate of any Marketing and Business related course or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business.
- Must be highly familiar and should be comfortable to stay at the following area of responsibility:

- Isabala City
- Basilan
- Jolo City
- Sulu, Bongao City

- Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and native languages.
- Analytical and creative problem solving ability.
- Reliable and self-sufficient self-starter.
- Highly Integral and must be a team player.
- Strong proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (‘CRM’) system like Sales force.
