Human Resources Supervisor
Responsible for monitoring, checking and reporting all aspects of employees’ compensation, benefits and recruitment status for approval of the HRD Head Office.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of AB/BS degree in Psychology / Behavior Sciences / Management Course
  • At least one (1) year experience in HRM work with extensive
  • knowledge of human resource functions
  • Proficient in oral and written communications, good supervisory
  • and interpersonal skills, computer literate.

Librarian
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science with MA degree / units in the same field
- three years of library work experience
- three hours training in records keeping, cataloging, and indexing periodicals and books
- computer literate, proficient in oral and written communication, knowledge in general office management

Responsible for administrative work, selection and acquisition of materials, mechanical preparation of materials, classification and cataloging of books, indexing of periodicals, reference and circulation works, assistance to readers, organization and enrichment of the vertical file, shelving and filing, and library club advising.

College Dean
Prepares short and long term planning, initiate curriculum development;plan faculty, academic and non-acdemic loads; leads staff development; manages student development; manages college operations; monitors implementation of programs and others.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MAN, MSN or MN)
- At least one (1) year of clinical practice & five (5) years teaching, administrative & supervisory experiences in nursing education
- Active member of accredited national nursing association and active member of good standing with ADPCN
- with training in Faculty Development Seminar
- Computer literate, sufficient oral & communication skills

School Director
  • Responsible for planning, organization, administration,
  • and implementation of the operational
  • activities and policies of the school
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of a four-year degree, Master’s degree preferred
Expetience: At least 3 years Marketing experience and, at least 2 years Managerial experlence
Training: Managerial and leadership skills
Skills: Proficient in oral and written communlcation, good supervisory and interpersonal skills, computer literate.

Finance Officer
In charge of the finance operations of the branch. He/she administratively reports to
School Director/Administrator, and functionally reports to Treasury Department.
