Reports to                    : Branch Head
Supervises                   : None

Job Summary

Responsible for the development of new to bank clients and to sell all the products and services of the bank. Also responsible for ensuring the growth of the managed accounts. Performs marketing and sales functions to achieve his/her sales targets.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible in account solicitation and maintenance of existing accounts
• Works with Branch head in implementing strategies of the branch to attain the assigned target for the year
• Cross-sells bank products and services; provides financial advisory to customers while at the same time extracting marketing information
• Gathers information on other banks new products and marketing strategies and subsequently provide feedback to management
• Practices sales management process and uses the SMMS daily
• Solicits suggestions from clients on how to improve client servicing
• Conducts telemarketing and mapping activities to continuously have a pipeline of accounts
• Ensures growth of existing customers by applying the relationship management program to increase the share of wallet and to cement the relationship with clients
• Conduct semi-annual customer profiling to determine what other products and services may be offered
• Attends Sales clinics and other seminars/trainings/meetings
• Review top 100 customers for cross selling of different products (car loan, housing loan, credit cards, personal loans, EMB, corporate loans, Trust and Treasury)
• Performs other task as may be assigned by the Branch Head/Division Head from time to time
• Performs other assignments as may be assigned by the Branch head.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development/Banking or equivalent.
