We are a BPO based in America and the Philippines specializing in business with small to medium sized
clients in the international marketplace.

Call Center Agents / Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

GENERAL TASKS


  •     Answer inbound calls and sales
  •     Make outbound calls and sales
  •     Do appointment setting
  •     Data processing

SPECIFIC TASKS


  •     Proofread your own work and reports
  •     Communicate with clients through verbal and written correspondence such as email.
  •     Complete, process and maintain records
  •     Perform independent research
  •     Prioritize and meet deadlines
  •     Carry out instructions
  •     Can type at least 30 WPM
  •     Has a pleasant and clear voice
  •     Flexible in job duties and shifts
  •     Always strive to improve office skills


Requirements:

  •     Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  •     Required language(s): English, Spanish
  •     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  •     Willing to work under shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
  •     Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.
  •     NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
  •     15 Full-Time position(s) available.


We are looking for someone who can communicate fluently and effectively through written and verbal English. We take care of international clients, and we are looking for people who can follow directions and can work independently with less supervision.
