Responsibility:
- Internal customer assistance via phone or personal troubleshooting.
- Immediate Helpdesk assistance varying in concern and urgency.
- Installation of programs and necessary tools as required by the different departments of the company.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Troubleshooting HW / SW, Avaya Epabx, Program Installation
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in DAVAO.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
