Requirements:
- Preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer or a graduate of any Business Management degree.
- With at least five (5) years experience as a Manager with well developed business development skills.
- Ability to provide best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient profitable operation
- Ability to analyze each month’s repair orders, maintenance costs, repair costs and all controllable expense elements
- Ability to maintain a system for the control of defective warranty parts.
- Can organize, direct and control the activities of Mechanical Service Department staff ensuring optimum use of all material and personnel resources.
