Originated as a nutrition project of the Enterprise Bak, Inc. (EBI) in the early part of 1997, Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc. was established when the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Ignacito U. Alvizo chose the malnourished children in Surigao del Sur as recipients of the foundation’s several advocacies.

The foundation is looking for Community Trainer (URGENT!)


• Graduate of any 4-year social sciences course
• Skilled in Community organizing,community training, interpersonal relations and communication
• Male/Female, single and not more than 25 years old
• Can handle discussions with groups of different orientations
• Is excellent in both oral and written communication skills
• Excellent in English, Tagalog and Visayan language
• Assertive, persuasive, analytical, positive and result-oriented
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Has willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Must be willing to travel; Willing to be assigned in Tagum, Panabo, Davao and Digos
• Can work alone or with minimal supervision
