Originated as a nutrition project of the Enterprise Bak, Inc. (EBI) in the early part of 1997, Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc. was established when the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Ignacito U. Alvizo chose the malnourished children in Surigao del Sur as recipients of the foundation’s several advocacies.

The foundation is looking for Training and Development Staff


Responsible for Training Needs Assessment, Course Design, Training Delivery, and Evaluation of Development Programs of the Foundation.

A Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management course, has knowledge on Training and development processes, strong attention to detail, works well under pressure, and proactive.
