Responsibilities:
* Your responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, general virtual office duties, scheduling tasks and other various projects.
* We prefer an individual who has a dynamic personality, is polished and extremely flexible.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must have professional administrative skills.
* With organization skills, excellent English communications skills (written and oral).
* Computer literate and internet savvy.
* Previous virtual admin experience is preferred but not required.
* Willing to work on shifting schedules.
* Must have good judgment and problem-solving skills
* Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action needs to be taken.
