Originated as a nutrition project of the Enterprise Bak, Inc. (EBI) in the early part of 1997, Kamayo Mindanao Foundation (KMFI), Inc. was established when the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Ignacito U. Alvizo chose the malnourished children in Surigao del Sur as recipients of the foundation’s several advocacies.

The foundation is looking for Development Officers (URGENT!)


Education: Graduate of any business-related field / Graduate of BS Community Development or any social sciences

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Single and not more than 25 y.o.
• Willing to travel and be relocated

Skills: Community organizing, adept in written and verbal communication, flexible, able to transfer knowledge and skills through teaching or training

• Polite, assertive, analytical and goal-oriented
• With strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent in the native dialect
