Customer Service and Technical Representatives - Pioneer Account
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to recognize the need for queries to be escalated
- Must be keen to detail
- Must be able to communicate at all levels with all constituencies external/internal customers & senior management
- Excellent phone and problem solving skills
- Adaptable and flexible

- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field Completed at least second year college
- Have at least 6 months experience in customer service (and/or) telemarketing in BPO
- Above average verbal and written English communication skills
- Skilled in computer navigation
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Good problem solving skills
- Good customer service orientation (patient, polite and proper)
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
- Call center experience is required
