Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Qualifications
• Graduate of a two-year secretarial course
• Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures
• Computer literate
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels (executive director, officers and staff, foreign visitors, farmers)
• Fluency in Cebuano, Filipino and English
• Has a pleasant personality and neat appearance
Responsibilities and Duties
• Welcome guests, greet them cheerfully, and offer them seats and drinks
• Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages
• Receive, record and distribute mails to appropriate staff
• Develop and maintain an accurate filing system
• Maintain directory of external and internal contacts
• Keep tracks of schedule of staff
• Provide travel arrangement (hotel, flight booking)
• Assist in organizing office events (book venue, meal requirements, print/photocopy materials)
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Photocopy and scan documents
• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby
• Perform other related duties as required
