Assistant Product Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct spoken and written English, soft skills and personality development classes for all levels
- Arranging periodic performance evaluation test and providing detailed feedbacks about areas of improvement
- Creating training contents and modules with the Training and Development Manager
- Delivering sessions in an activity mode of learning
Qualifications:
- Male or Female not more than 30 years old
Previous call center/BPO experience is a plus but not required
- At least 2 years in college; English major courses is a plus
- With good to great oral and written skills in English
- Well grounded, confident, fast learner and have the passion to teach
- Must have interest in doing research and study
