Position Summary:  The Admin Assistant assists in the smooth functioning of the daily activities of the Appen Davao office; providing general office administration and support, serving as the primary receptionist and general staff liaison. She or he helps to facilitate staff support needs as well as the overall office operations.

Key Responsibilites:
•    Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Operations, Finance, Management and Supervisory staff and assisting and coordinating general office tasks and operations.
•    Organizes and manages office filing system.
•    Serves as primary receptionist in receiving guests, telephone calls, scheduling of appointments and office correspondence.
•    Maintains appropriate and timely inventory of office supplies and equipment.
•    Responsible for maintaining current and documented inventory of office equipment and assets as well as coordinate scheduled equipment and property maintenance to ensure proper office appearance.
•    Assist finance department in handling routine financial matters including issuing and record keeping of receipts, memoranda and petty cash monitoring.
•    Coordinate administrative support task to applicants and newly hired employees for proper employee record and government requirement for the company.
•    Coordinate and liaise with project coordinators and staff as required and may perform other clerical duties, office errands and other job-related assignments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:  
•    Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
•    1-3 years of experience in administrative or related work.
•    Required skills in MS Office software.
•    Experience handling petty cash and/or basic bookkeeping
•    Good planning and organizing skills.
•    Strong interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal or written).
•    Trainable and detailed oriented.
•    Organized and with good work ethics.
