BPO Davao Hiring: Call Center Agents for VCC Link Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
2. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
3. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
4. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
5. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Above Average Communication Skills, Customer Service, Basic Computer Skills.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
