Responsible in the formulation, development and enforcement of company policies and programs.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling work activities related to Human Resource Management such as Selection and Recruitment, Wage and Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, Employee's Welfare / Health Services, Employee's Relations and coordination with various government agencies in relation to compliance with labor standards.
