SALES EXECUTIVE/ SALES ENGINEER
for: (1) COMVAL
       (1) MATI CITY
       (1) PADADA
       (2) GENSAN
       (1) AGUSAN

JOB SPECIFICATION:
EDUCATION: Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture; or any 4 year course
EXPERIENCE: With or without sales experience but with passion for sales
SKILLS: Excellent Communication Skills/Can deal effectively with different levels of
people.
AGE: 20 to 36 years old.

MAIN FUNCTION:
o Acts as the company’s representative in marketing and sellingof CSC products.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Prospects clients through saturation and telemarketing etc.
o Prepares sales documents.
o Does persistent follow-up of on-going quotation.
o Collects payment from the customer.
o Inspects closed projects.
o Conducts actual measurement and estimates.
o Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

for (1) GENSAN

JOB SPECIFICATION:

EDUCATION: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architecture

EXPERIENCE: Not necessarily needed
SKILLS: AutoCadd Operation and Estimating Skills

MAIN FUNCTION:
o Responsible in the preparation of designs and estimates.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible for the preparation of estimates and sales quotation of the following:
• Steel Truss Framing System
• Ceiling Frame System
• Steel Deck (Flat/Web Deck -4)
• Roof Battens
• Decra Milano Roofing
• Molave Roofing
• CSC Roofing
o In-Charge of the design and detailing of Steel Truss Framing.
o Prepare s Sales Order draft of closed projects (lump sum).
o Prepares Job Order draft, cutting list and request of materials/consumables for closed projects.
