Maintenance Planner

Have a college degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. With at least 3 years work experience. Computer literate.Excellent in written and oral communication.

Shop Supervisor

Have a college degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. With at least 5 years work experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance or strong technical background with diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic systems. Computer literate.Excellent in written and oral communication.

Mechanic 

At least graduate of Technical/Vocational course or high school graduate. With at least 5 years work experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic or strong Technical background with diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic system heavy equipment.

Automotive Electrician 

At least graduate of Technical/Vocational course or high school graduate. With at least 5 years work experience or strong technical background with diesel engines, electrical and hydraulic system heavy equipment.

*BANANA PRODUCTION OPERATIONS*

Production Supervisors

BS Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering graduate or related courses.

Fruit and Harvest Supervisor/ Packing House Supervisor/ Fertilization Supervisor

At least 2 years relevant experience. To be assigned in Davao Del Sur, Davao del Norte, Saranggani, South Cotabato or Sultan Kudarat.

*LAND EXPANSION AND DRAINAGE*

Topography and Drainage

BS Civil or Geodetic Engineering graduate, licensed is an advantage. With relevant experience. To be assigned in expansion areas in South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat.

Land Canvasser

At least college level or college graduate. With experience in land canvassing for banana.

Autocad Operator

At least engineering college level or college graduate. With experience in Autocad operation.
