Jobs Davao City: Logistics Accounting Officer for Good Cargo Solutions

Job Description

•   Coordinates and prepares the signing of checks with the offices of the authorized signatories to ensure safety, confidentiality and timely payment to suppliers, agents and providers.
•   Prepares accurate weekly billings.
•   Update of the Excel Monitoring of Collections, either cash or check.
•   Issuance of Official Receipts to clients once checks deposited were reflected in the bank statement
•   Accounts Receivable Clean Up
•   Weekly Reports on Payables and Collectibles

 Qualification

•   Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar degree
•   Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
•   Working experience in the related field is an advantage
•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Team Player
•   Experience is an advantage
