(MinLand) is a non-government organization that primarily aims to support the upliftment of urban and rural poor communities through the implementation of various programs and projects, including projects supporting [1] community-driven development of Conflict Affected Areas (CAAs) and the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Mindanao [2] community-based disaster risk reduction and community governance programs, among others

Davao NGO Jobs: Community Development Officer for Mindanao Land Foundation, Inc. (MinLand)

Qualifications:

• With relevant development work experience in COCD or any community work in densely populated urban areas and or rural areas for a minimum of two (2) years;
• Demonstrated good facilitating skills;
• Must have knowledge in climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction;
• Experience/background in stakeholder management involving government agencies, LGUs and CSOs;
• With strong self-directed and team orientation;
• Willing to travel to project areas;
• Candidate must be available for recruitment within August 2015.
