Davao BPO Jobs: Cluster Managers and 80 Health Counsellors for aGENz- Davao 

Candidate for Cluster Manager must possess the following qualifications: 
• Open to male and female, with a Bachelor’s degree, aged between 22 to 55 years old & in good morale standing,
• A self motivated individual with good sense of business acumen (planning & implementation),
• Can organize a team and a dynamic team player for young driven professionals,
• Can handle project implementation for both Individual or Group accounts,
• Willing to undergo training and work full-time,
• Experience in direct selling is an advantage,
• Willing to travel and work on irregular schedule.

Candidate for Health Counsellor must possess the following qualifications:
• A self motivated young individual with big dreams and in morale good standing,
• Between 18 to 38 years old, male or female and at least High School level,
• Coachable and can handle sales presentations both for Individual or Group accounts,
• Delivers time-bounded goals,
• Experience in direct selling is advantage but not required.

Compensation package includes: 
Annual Trip Incentives, Bonuses, Commission, Medical Benefits (HMO), Monthly Allowance, Weekly Revolving Fund.
