Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for open roles in a headhunt / executive search manner
- Sourcing competitive candidates for future opportunities and to pitch to clients
- Screening applicants
- Proactively and continually developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent
- Approaching candidates actively and passively
- Determining the suitable sourcing platforms per job
- Following up with applicants to finish the recruitment process
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with the team and Director to effectively forecast talent needs in order to build proactive talent pipelines in advance of need.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (deep resourcing)
- Minimum 2 years working for a Western company
- Very strong written and verbal English skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking
- Ability to juggle multiple demands at a time
- Highly effective, engaged, organized and data-driven
- Ability or experience conducting interviews
