Summary: Under the direction of the General Secretary, he/she types reports, memoranda, statements from plain copy, single rough draft or corrected copies, department reports, communications, and such other materials pertinent to the operation of the administrative office. Prepares notices for board meetings, committee meetings, or major YMCA activities. Helps in the preparation of the annual budget, annual election, annual corporate meeting, and membership campaign.
Qualifications:
1. At least two-year experience in a similar role (but highly exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. Solid writing and communication skills.
3. Knowledge in payroll and billing an advantage.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and social media management.
5. Graduate of Accounting, Economics, International Studies, Development Studies, Social Work, Education or other relevant courses.
6. Previous experience with a nonprofit is a plus.
7. Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
