BPO Davao Hiring: Online Personal Assistant with Video Editing experience


Required qualifications and experience

Minimum 2 years of high level administrative experience, providing secretarial and admin support.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and in written form
Proficient in video editing
Proficient computer skills -  including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, Able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner with high level of maturity and confidentiality, responsible, logical, well-focus, Possess initiative and professionalism with the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work, Meticulous, independent, hardworking and willing to learn, A team player who is able to work independently

Duties and responsibilities

Provide general secretarial and administrative duties.
Making travel arrangements, preparing expenses claims, taking minutes at meetings, scheduling and coordinating appointments, data entry for all database daily updates
Build and update database
Assist in the research and development of project and online marketing

Characteristics/Qualities

Intelligent
Initiative
Organised
Excellent English speaking skills.
Excellent English writing skills.
Previous job as secretary, administrative assistant, or VA
Able to work with minimal supervision and direction
Able to work full time (6am – 3pm) at our Davao office

Salary offer
Full time salary position.
10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.
Salary – Php13,000 per month
