Taytay Sa Kauswagan, Inc. (TSKI) is Hiring: 2 Finance Assistants, 20 Field Coordinators, 10 Field Assistants, 2 Loan Assistants
Taytay Sa Kauswagan, Incorporated (TSKI) or “Bridge to Progress” was founded last September 1, 1986. It was established towards lifting our least privileged brothers and sisters from poverty by assisting them to develop an income generating projects and job creating micro-enterprises.

TSKI had closely adheres to its role as catalyst in increasing productivity through business development and holistic transformation.

Taytay Sa Kauswagan, Inc. (TSKI) is hiring:


2 Finance Assistants


  • Commerce graduate or any computer related course. 
  • Willing to ba assigned anywhere. 
  • With strong Christian commitment.


20 Field Coordinators


  • Graduate of 2 year or 4 year course. 
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere. 
  • Preferably Male. 
  • Knowledgeable in Micro-finance. 
  • With strong Christian commitment. 



10 Field Assistants


  • High School Graduate. 
  • Must be 25-40 years old. 
  • Willing to be field work. 
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere.


2 Loan Assistants


  • A graduate of a 4 year course. 
  • Willing to be assigned amywhere. 
  • With strong Christian commitment.
