We produce hog, poultry, aqua, and other specialty feed requirements for our livestock operations. We formulate, produce, store, and market our feed which come in mash, pellet, crumble, and extruded forms. The product line consists of broiler, layer, hog, aqua, and other specialty feeds. We sell our animal and aqua feeds to distributors, dealers, and end users. Our livestock operations involve everything from breeding and growing to marketing of animals.

2 Credit and Collections Staff 

• Male/Female,25-30 years old.
• BS Accounting/BS Commerce/BS Marketing.
• At least 2 years experience in C and C or Sales functions.
• Strong background in credit collections within a large blue chip.
• High volume credit collection experience managing a large portfolio.
• Reporting and reconciliations experience.
• Intermediate-advance Excel skills.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment and self-managed.
• Diplomatic, negotiation and interpersonal skills to deal w/ creditors.

2 Management Trainee 

• BS Animal Science/ VET Med/ Animal Husbandry/ Agricultural Engineering/ Other related courses.
• License driver. At least 5 years responsible work experience in the livestock and/or food processing industry.
• Keen to details and analytical.
• Capable of communicating to all levels of the organization to express ideas clearly.
• Customer Service oriented for both internal and external clients.
• Capable of utilizing various tools in problem solving.
• Can manage various projects simultaneously.
• Familiar in ISO 9001 and HACCP.
• Understanding and awareness of Environment, health and safety rules and regulations.
• Can apply 5s programs in the work place.

2 Regional Sales Manager (Feeds)

• Graduate of Animal Science/ Husbandry/ DVM or any business related course.
• Male,not more than 35 years old.
• Proficient knowledge in hogs and poultry related field.
• With leadership and managerial ability, capable of handling and motivating Sales Personnel assign in his area of responsibility.
• At least 2 years experience in handling and communicating various customer type of personality.
• Holding of a professional driver’s license code 123. Possesses good communication skills and can work under pressure.
• Willing to travel.

5 Sales Assistant Officers (Star) - Feeds/Aqua

• Graduate of Animal Science / Husbandry / Marine Biology/BS in Fishery or any business related course.
• Male/Female, not more than 30 years old.
• Proficient knowledge in hogs and poultry related aspect.
• At least 1 year experience in handling customer accounts.
• Knows how to drive, code 12.
• Possesses good communication skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Willing to travel.

3 Technical Specialist/ Veterinarian (Davao, Cagayan de Oro)

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (licensed) or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in poultry management, poultry entrepreneurship or farm veterinary.
• Male/Female at least 22 years old.  
• Computer literate, with license driver. 
• Responsible for rendering services/assistance in the field of general poultry, flock health management of contract breeding and growing farms as well as commercial sales. 
• Possesses good communication skills and can work under pressure. 
• Willing to travel.

2 District Sales Manager Feeds/Gromax (Davao/CDO)

• Graduate of Animal Science/ husbandry/DVM or any business related course. 
• Male, not more than 35 years. 
• Proficient knowledge in hogs and poultry related aspect. 
• At least 1 year experience in handling customer accounts. 
• Knows how to drive, code 123. 
• Possesses good communication skills. 
• Can work under pressure. 
• With selling ability, preferably in poultry. 
• Willing to travel.

Quality Assurance Process Inspector

• BS Chemical Engineer/mechanical Engineer/Animal Science. 
• Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience. 
• Possesses good moral character. 
• Computer literate and communication ability. 
• Not more than 35 years old. 
• Industrious, can work under pressure. 
• Basic knowledge on process inspection specifically feed milling plant. 
• Willing to render overtime. 
• Must be articulate and punctual especially in report submission.
