Job Scope

Personal Assistant
Manage client’s inbox, often corresponding on behalf of your client
Make appointments
Producing briefing documents, presentations, proposals
Cloud file management
Work with the client to create business systems
Research: source statistics
Schedule podcast recordings with industry experts
Contact influential bloggers and industry experts to arrange interviews with Fiona
Customer Service
Screening phones calls, enquiries, requests
Oversee all digital marketing projects in Teamwork PM to ensure continuous work flow and communication
Liaise with team members ­ designers, content writers, SEO, developers etc to ensure tasks are completed
After service follow up
Contact new leads
Characteristics/Qualities
Attention to detail a must, with solid organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Strong communication skills
Must be a team player
Must be flexible, adaptable to a changing pace and ability to handle new situations
