Recruitment
• Responsible for the recruitment and selection.
• Implements the recruitment process and its components.
• Orients company policies and rules to newly hired employee.
• Prepare employment contract for newly hired employee and/or absorbed employees.
Compensation and Benefits
• Reminds manager/supervisors for quarterly evaluation/appraisal to regular employees.
• Monitors the daily time record and overtime of employee for submission to Head Office a day after the payroll cut-off.
• Submit payroll instructions and deductions every payroll cut off.
• Reminds manager/supervisor for approving of LOTS and TIMS every cut-off.
• Process SSS online posting and Loan Remittance monitoring.
• Process clearance of employees who have resigned and/or ended their contract.
• Facilitates quit claim signing of employees who ended and/or resigned from the company.
Employee Relations
• Attend DOLE hearing
• Prepares monthly recognition of Sales Team.
• Prepares monthly report of Trainings attended by employees.
• Handles admin cases
• Responsible in yearly planning of Site activities (summer outing, fire drill, random drug testing, Christmas party)
• Responsible in conducting trainings for further development and enhancement of employees that are essential to operations.
• Reminds department head/supervisor for quarterly evaluation (appraisal) and/or PAN (Personnel Action Notice) of employees.
Safety
• Monitors guard attendance
• Implementation of SOP in company premises
• First Aid
Admin
• Safekeeping of 201 files.
• Safekeeping of permits and contracts.
• Issue temporary ID for New Employees
• Monitors Accountability of each employees
• Performs related task that may be required from time to time.
