Responsible for:
* Ensuring Bar operations run smoothly
* Recruits, trains, schedules of crew members
* Ensures all items at Menu is available
* Facilitates requisitions of supplies and records them
* Handles Customer complaints and concerns

Qualification:
* F/M, between 28-35 yrs old
* College degree holder
* At least 2 years related experience in running a Resto-Bar
* Willing to extend hours required in the Bar operations
* Personable
* Can start immediately
