The company is in need of BPO Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

The job of a BPO trainer is to help and guide the telemarketing employees of a company. The trainer guides the employees about the importance of customer service in telemarketing and helps them to make most of them for the company.

The trainer helps the employees to improve their capabilities and skills in performing various tasks. These tasks involves conducting surveys, taking polls, processing warranty claims, offering free information and providing other services through phone to the customer.

A BPO trainer is responsible for the delivery of training and facilitation of the call center employees. He/she will assist the agents who have problems and questions regarding the use of desktop systems.

Job Qualifications:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
·         At least 1 year of working experience in a Supervisor/Team Lead post is required for this position.
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional negotiation skills.
·         Public presentation and speaking skills
·         Ability to develop curriculum
·         Ability to design training, including the methods of assessing effectiveness
·         Strong English communication and writing skills
·         Familiar with communication techniques and media production
·         Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology
·         Management principles, human resources procedures, customer service and computer skills
·         Listening and time management skills
·         Manage small as well as large groups
·         Good decision ability and analytical skills.
·         Detail oriented, creative and ambitious
·         Single or Married
·         Proficient in computer usage
·         Can handle pressure
·         Male/Female 23 years old and above
·         Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
·         With leadership experience in BPO setting is must.
·         Willing to work in Davao City
