Understanding the customers’ needs through
effective listening and questioning skills

Dealing with all calls politely, courteously,
professionally & with authority
•
Matching customers’ needs to Clients’ products
and services
•
Using negotiation and influencing skills to
overcome objections and gain the customers’ buy-in
REQUIREMENTS:
·
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma,
Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
·
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are
encouraged to apply.
·
Call center experience is an advantage ( at
least 3mons-6mons)
·
Leadership skills and a team player mindset
·
Required Language: English (good to excellent)
·
Must be at least 18 years old or older
·
Willing to start immediately
