The company is in need of Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:

·         Outbound calling to prospective customers and call campaigns in support of sales events and other marketing activities

·         Contact prospects and explain the programs and benefits of products and services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques

·         Deliver the highest level of service to customers by appropriately conveying knowledge and enthusiasm about the Company’s products and services

·         Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives by providing customer feedback to management

·         Build positive first impressions with clientele, while also contributing to a long-term, quality relationship with the Company

·         Active participant in creating an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated telesales environment, focused on continuous improvement of sales processes for outbound sales and appointment entry

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

·         Previous outbound telesales/telemarketing required ( 3mons-6mons)

·         Excellent English communication skills including outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills

·         Professional demeanor, appearance, and dress

·         Must be flexible and dependable regarding work schedule

·         Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment

·         Must be at least 18 years old or older

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City

·         Willing to start immediately
