A company is in need of Organizational Development Assistant Manager
• College degree preferably Behavioral Science courses or any related field
• Master’s Degree or college in organizational development, business or public administration, human resources or a closely related field
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in developing and implementing programs in organizational development, strategic planning,
employee and management training, leadership development, coaching, process facilitation,
organizational intervention or other areas aimed at strategically improving the performance of an organization and its employees
• Good foundation in Human Resource, Employee and Organizational Development
• Significant experience with planning and executing strategic change
• Ability to translate strategic directives into action plans; synthesize high volume of data, input and metrics into meaningful focus areas
