IDIS is an environmental non-government organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of the upland watersheds of Davao. IDIS is engaged in environmental education, community mobilization, policy lobby, research and coalition-building.

The qualified applicant will be responsible for conducting and coordinating action researches related for the protection of the upland watersheds of Davao City.

The Research Specialist shall also be responsible for developing knowledge products to popularize research outputs and network with other groups to strengthen research partnerships.

Essential qualifications:

• Excellent research, writing skills and communication skills;
• Willing to spend time with local communities;
• Hardworking, creative, self-propelling and a team player.
