·         Liaison Officer
§  Graduate of any Business Course
§  Relevant work experience
§  Secures government permits

·         Procurement Engineer / Officer
§  Graduate of an Engineering course
§  Relevant work experience in large scale projects / multi-cultural organization
§  Experience on handling procurement systems and procedures for large scale projects, e.g. hands-on quantification (quantity take-off), multi-discipline work packaging and structuring (wbs), standard bill formating, variation order, cost engineering, subcontract/ supplier cost/ rates analysis, gcc analysis and preparation, tender submission requirements preparation and coordination, and tender input(s) coordination and review.  
·         HR Clerk
§  Relevant work experience
§  Experience in large scale construction projects / multi-cultural organization is a plus
