Davao Jobs: Mountain Haven Development Inc. is in need of Project Management/ Marketing Specialist

The successful candidate will be involved in preparing marketing programs, particularly on the execution phase. Primary responsibility will revolve around managing the company’s electronic communications platforms (website, Facebook, etc.), monitoring sales force performance with the end-view of assessing individual capabilities of the sellers, conducting basic marketing research, preparing marketing collateral like flyers, information sheets, mall display booths and the like.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree holder
- Highly personable, with excellent ability to communicate and build rapport
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
- Social Media savvy
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Hardworking, organized and highly oriented to details

The new management initially focused in 2007 toward completing its development commitments, increasing authorized capital, reducing liabilities and improving the quality of receivables. ​

Starting 2008, MHDI started pursuing a more aggressive track and has now grown into a stable organization with numerous projects on-stream.
