Responsibilities: 
  • Provide clear inbound communication through telephone support and provide excellent customer service solutions to users pertaining to information, pre-sales and technical problems
  • Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Requirements: 
  • Eighteen years old and above
  • Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Time Management Skills
  • Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Call Center experience is not required but an advantage.
